$220 — 90–120 min.
A comprehensive series-based approach focused on alignment, postural balance, and long-term change. These hands-on sessions work through the body systematically to release, integrate, and restore ease throughout the entire system.
Targeted Treatment Session
$120 — 60 min
A focused session for specific issues or injuries. Ideal for addressing acute tension, TMJ, pain, or tune-ups between longer sessions.
Somassage®
$220 — 90–120 min.
A restorative, full-body massage rooted in Soma principles. Designed for relaxation, tension relief, and gentle structural balancing. Great as a stand-alone session or for maintaining progress between series work.
The 10-Session Series
Soma is traditionally offered as a 10-session series, designed to work through the entire body in a clear, intentional progression. Each session builds on the last, moving from more superficial layers into deeper structural patterns. This allows the body to integrate change gradually and sustainably — rather than forcing quick fixes.
The goal isn’t just to feel better during sessions, but to support changes that continue unfolding long after the series is complete.
While completing all 10 sessions is not required, it is highly recommended for longest lasting results. The work can still be beneficial if the series is shortened. If you are unable to complete all ten sessions, it is recommended to finish through session 3 or session 7, as these are points where the body is in a relatively balanced state.
1: Breathing & Rib Cage Opening
Focuses on releasing restrictions around the ribs and improving breath capacity.
2: Feet & Lower Leg Support
Improves grounding, balance, and how your feet support your posture
3: Lateral Line & Side Body
Works the sides of the body to create space and ease between upper and lower segments.
4: Pelvic Balance & Inner Lines
Aligns hips, pelvic floor, and deep core support structures.
5: Core & Psoas Integration
Unwinds tension in the front body and supports deeper core balance.
6: Back Line & Posterior Chain
Addresses the spine, back line, and patterns that affect upright posture.
7: Head, Neck & Shoulders
Creates freedom in the upper structures to support ease and orientation. This includes intra-oral work.
8: Lower Body Integration
Brings together earlier work to support integrated movement patterns.
9: Upper Body Integration & Arms
Integrates upper body and focuses on arms. Arms can also be added as a separate focus.
10: Whole-Body Integration
A final full-body session that balances global patterns and reinforces long-term change.

For clients completing the Soma series, before-and-after photos may be taken to track progress. These images are used only by the client and practitioner.
